Adel Kambar

Adel Kambar is a Managing Director within Investment Banking at BTIG, Ltd. Mr. Kambar brings over 25 years of experience and will focus on Emerging and Frontier Markets Debt Capital Markets. Prior to joining BTIG, Mr. Kambar was the Head of Origination at Frontera Capital, where he was responsible for Origination and Structuring.  Previously, he was a Partner at Renaissance Capital holding positions of CEO of Central Asia and Global Head of Special Situations. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kambar was the Director in the EEMEA debt capital markets group and Head of CIS Debt Capital Markets at Merrill Lynch, where he focused on special situations, illiquid debt, bank hybrid capital and structured products. He was also Head of CEEMEA debt capital markets and derivatives at Dresdner KB.  He received a BEng in electronic engineering and management from University College, London and is FCA authorized.
