J. Rory Rohan

Rory Rohan is a Managing Director within BTIG Investment Banking, focused on private capital formation. He has over 15 years of transactional experience and specializes in guiding private companies through the structured offering process. Prior to BTIG, Mr. Rohan held similar roles at RHK Capital and Enclave Capital, focused on providing customized capital solutions to corporate and sponsor-backed clients. He co-authored Monetary Reform from a Comparative-Theoretical Perspective which appears in the Fall 2004 edition of the Quarterly Journal of Austrian Economics. Mr. Rohan earned a BS in economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.
