Sachio Kuninori

Sachio Kuninori is a Managing Director within Investment Banking at BTIG Japan KK.  He focuses on identifying business partners, strengthening collaboration, and executing M&A transactions. Prior to BTIG, Mr. Kuninori was a Senior Financial Advisor at IHI Corporation, where he accelerated business development across its Social Infrastructure and Offshore Facilities Business. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at PwC Advisory and GCA (now Houlihan Lokey). At PwC Advisory, he was a Senior Advisor and one of the members of its Global Deal Origination Team and, at GCA , he was a Managing Director and mainly worked with US team members to promote US-Japan cross boarder M&A transactions. He earned a BA in law from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
