BTIG Ranked #1 U.S. Transition Manager in Multiple Categories in the Annual Chief Investment Officer Survey – Firm Recognized as a Top Provider for Performance and Client Satisfaction
New York – February 12, 2020 – BTIG announced today that it has been ranked a top provider by Chief Investment Officer in its annual Transition Management Survey. BTIG Transition Management ranked top three in the U.S. in multiple categories and captured the #1 position for the percentage of extremely satisfied clients, disclosure of performance versus benchmarks, assessment of performance versus central point estimate and overall satisfaction out of the providers who were nominated for the survey this year.
Transition Management services asset owners and other institutional clients undergoing portfolio rebalances and changes to their external investment management team. BTIG’s Transition Management professionals deliver an end-to-end solution that spans pre-trade analysis, implementation and post-trade reporting all overlaid with sophisticated project and risk management capabilities that preserve client assets.
“We are honored by this recognition for our Transition Management business,” said Scott Kovalik, Chief Executive Officer of BTIG. “It is especially meaningful since the results are the culmination of a tally of votes and feedback from institutional investors based on their personal experience with our team and specialized services.”
Leveraging proprietary order routing technology and natural liquidity, the team aims to maintain order flow anonymity and provide cost-effective, seamless end-to-end transition management solutions. “Our mission is to protect overall fund performance from unnecessary transaction costs and unintended risk exposure throughout the duration of each client transition,” noted Filip Skala, CFA, Managing Director and Head of Transition Management at BTIG. “Working alongside our clients, we develop a personalized approach to each of their transitions, laser focused on delivering them the best possible results. Being identified as a top provider once again this year is a great tribute to our team’s unwavering commitment to client success.”
